Michael Kallish

CEO

Mr. Kallish leads OP Solutions corporate strategy, growth, and finances.  Mr. Kallish joined OP Solutions following an accomplished career in healthcare technology. Before joining OP Solutions, Mr. Kallish led tech-enabled services company Encoda LLC as its CEO for ten years, transforming the company into the nation’s leading cross-PM revenue cycle enhancement platform. Before Encoda, Kallish was head of strategy & corporate development for Medical Present Value, the leader in payment integrity and patient estimation solutions, now part of Experian Health. Mr. Kallish began his career automating physician practices nationwide with WebMD Practice Services and The Medical Manager Corporation.

Jason

Jason Kahle, MSMS, CPO, LPO, FAAOP

Founder, President and Chief Technology & Research

Mr. Kahle is the founder of OP Solutions overseeing all clinical and research aspects of our Compass EMR software design from his unique perspective of clinical workflow involvement, data determination, user interface experiences, and regulatory guidance (CMS, MACS, LCD, PIM). Mr. Kahle is the Principal Investigator on many current, pending, and past clinical trial grants and the winner of multiple clinical and speaking awards for clinical creativity, exemplary research, and business lectures. Mr. Kahle has been a clinical prosthetist and orthotist since 1992 and has served as a clinic manager, lower extremity specialist, clinical and residency director, and for over 10 years, has served as a member of the Outcomes Research Committee of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. Mr. Kahle has over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles and presentations on many topics regarding amputee research and rehabilitation. He and his teams have published 12 systematic reviews of the highest level of evidence on lower extremity prosthetics.

Azuka

Azuka Okuleye, MSCS

Software Solutions Architect

Mr. Okuleye oversees our Compass EMR user interface, database development and scalability, and the integration of AI/business logic algorithms. Mr. Okuleye brings to OP Solutions many years of senior-level development and management experience through years of service at McGraw Hill, a $4.5B education software company with millions of users. Mr. Okuleye developed our original web platform NorthStar, which embeds 14 apps including an integrated evidence-based database, and he has extensive experience developing user portals, evidence-based databases, dashboards, and other healthcare-related software.

Loi

Loi Ho, CP/LP, CFom

RCM Manager & Training

Ms. Ho oversees our revenue cycle management team and leads our prosthetic clinic consultant and UI/UX usability tester for Compass EHR. Ms. Ho is a certified, licensed prosthetist and former owner of a successful prosthetic care practice where she practiced and managed for 10 years. Aided by the OP Solutions Compass EHR, Ms. Ho delivered to 99% of K3 ambulators with no denials or RAC audits and collected nearly 100% of the allowable rate. Before managing her practice, Ms. Ho provided billing and collection services for other O&P practitioners for over 10 years. Ms. Ho uniquely understands the interrelation between the clinical and revenue cycle management (RCM) processes and the importance of implementing regulatory guidance into the clinical workflow. Ms. Ho offers OP Solution clients a unique perspective as a clinic manager, prosthetist, and person living with limb loss.

Susan Faraguna, BS Marketing

Customer Service Specialist

Ms. Faraguna is our Customer Service Specialist and Director of OP Solutions’ Prosthetic and Amputee Rehabilitation and Research Foundation (PARR 501c3). Ms. Faraguna ensures our clients have a great experience with our products and services, meaningful interactions with OP Solutions, and impactful websites. Ms. Faraguna’s extensive background in e-commerce and customer service includes serving as E-Commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Manager for niche media companies such as CultureSonar. Ms. Faraguna began her career in the pharmaceutical industry with industry leaders such as Pfizer and Warner Lambert.

Imeda Croteau, BBA

RCM Advisor

Ms. Croteau serves as a revenue cycle management (RCM) consultant for OP Solutions. Ms. Croteau brings us nearly 30 years of O&P billing and collections experience and is consulted on our clients’ most challenging cases. Ms. Croteau’s expertise includes line and management positions at prominent national O&P organizations such as Martin Bionics and Hanger Clinic and also serves as IPA Manager for Physicians Data Trust in southern California.

Dean Paluch

Growth Advisor & Investor

Mr. Paluch serves as a revenue growth consultant, investor, and board member for OP Solutions. Mr. Paluch has extensive, successful experience scaling start-up healthcare IT companies. Mr. Paluch most recently co-founded, Wave HDC, the industry leader in AI-enhanced data curation solutions enabling hospitals, health systems, and laboratory companies to identify unknown insurance coverage and critical patient demographics. Wave HDC was acquired by Experian Health in 2024. Before co-founding Wave HDC, Mr. Paluch served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Client Officer for payment integrity and patient estimation start-up company Medical Present Value (MPV) also sold to Experian Health in 2011. Before MPV, Mr. Paluch was head of sales for Automated Healthcare Inc. (AHI), a Pittsburgh-based start-up that developed automated pharmaceutical dispensing systems. AHI was sold to McKesson Corporation, and Mr. Paluch remained on board with McKesson for six years, leading the innovative division to become the nation’s leader in automated dispensing.
